Fitness Setup
?Use this for non-training movement across your day: transfers, chair pushes, errands, standing/walking time, and job or home task demands. Do not include gym sessions or formal physio here.
?Count structured workouts only, including gym strength, intervals, sports sessions, and planned cardio.
?Use for formal PT/OT or clinic rehab sessions. Keep normal workouts in Training Volume to avoid double-counting effort.
